What is a chapter?

Chapters are the second core asset in the Spire ecosystem. These are potentially the most familiar element, operating in exactly the same way they have done in modern literature - simply chapters in the story. Each of the six storylines proceeds chapter by chapter until 100 chapters have been reached (or the storyline has been toggled closed. See: Governance Powers).

Chapters, like Genesis texts, take the form of text-associated ERC1155 tokens. However, unlike genesis texts, they are written by members of the community and are created sequentially as a result of Chapter Contests.
